Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly and delivered to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Assist with packing and handing off takeout and delivery orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
- Monitor inventory of front-end supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and sauces, and replenish as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
