What You’ll Do
As a Mobrium BDR, your sole focus is to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives by researching, identifying, and engaging prospective customers across multiple channels—including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You’ll initiate conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and set up discovery calls that lead to real sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research ideal prospects
- Generate leads through a mix of phone outreach, outbound email, LinkedIn messaging, and event follow-up
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and fit for Mobrium
- Set meetings and hand off qualified leads to an Account Executive
- Test and optimize outbound messaging and outreach sequences
- Strive to hit weekly/monthly sales goals
- Opportunities to attend relevant trade shows
Qualifications
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Enthusiastic, confident, and coachable with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes
Compensation
- $100 per qualified demo you book and 5% of the first-year ARR for any deal that closes from your demo.
- Uncapped Earnings: No limits on how much you can make. The more demos you set, the more you earn

Salary : $100
