What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Nurse/Medical Assistant position at Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics?
Mobridge Medical Clinic currently has an opening for a Full Time Nurse (RN/LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA.)
This is a great opportunity to work in a busy rural clinic assisting a variety of providers with patient care needs. Will assist in the performance of a wide number of procedures daily. Will be assigned to a float position with the opportunity to move into a primary provider position after several months.
This position will work Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.
Clinic staff have the chance to get to know and care for a varied clientele which we strive to establish a positive rapport, while providing professional courteous assistance. It is the responsibility of the Clinic Nurse/CMA to communicate not only with providers and staff, but especially with those being cared for.
Applicant will communicate treatment plans, interventions, and expected outcomes to patients and family, all with respect and courtesy.
This is a Mon-Fri position with rotating Saturday mornings.
The expected wage range for applicants in this position is depending on education and experience.
Applicants should have excellent computer skills, as all patient care is thoroughly documented in a state-of-the-art EMR system.
