Dietary Tray Aide

Mobridge Regional Hospital is looking for a dependable person to work in our Dietary Department as a afternoon Tray Aide.
Will work part time hours, with rotating weekends and holidays required.
Will work in a commercial kitchen setting performing a variety of duties including:
This position does require some lifting, stooping, bending, and walking as delivery of the meal trays is done using a large cart, which has to be pushed throughout the facility. Applicant must also be able to stand for long periods of time.
This is a benefit eligible position.

Dietary Tray Aide

Mobridge Regional Hospital is looking for a dependable person to work in our Dietary Department as a afternoon Tray Aide.
Will work part time hours, with rotating weekends and holidays required.
Will work in a commercial kitchen setting performing a variety of duties including:
- Assisting the cook in meal preparation which may include preparing salads, desserts, snacks, and other items offered in the cooler.
- Will set up trays for patients and residents, insuring that specific dietary items are on each tray.
- Responsible for delivering trays to patients and residents.
- Serve meals to staff and guests in the dining area.
- Clean up after meals.
- Stock groceries when scheduled.
- Stock dietary items in patient care areas, and in assisted living facility.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining area following meal prep and meal service.
- Wash dishes using a commercial dishwashing system.
