Duties
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with sales teams during pre-sales activities to identify customer requirements and craft customized solutions
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, proof-of-concept setups, and solution architectures using cloud services like AWS and Azure
- Assist in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting virtualization environments such as VMware and other cloud-based platforms
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client infrastructure needs, recommend optimal configurations, and ensure seamless integration of products
- Manage project timelines by coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Create technical documentation, scripts (including Bash shell scripts), and reports to support ongoing client engagement and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Proven experience with computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or similar hypervisors
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Python and Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems for deployment and troubleshooting purposes
- Background in pre-sales support or technical sales roles with a focus on solution architecture
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client infrastructure needs and recommend effective solutions
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate technical benefits
