Responsibilities
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Create and implement training procedure
- Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
- Coordinate with management staff to maximize training effectiveness
Qualifications
- Experience working in a manager role
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
