Overview
Mobjack Lawn & Landscape LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on outdoor work performing a variety of lawn care and landscaping services for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Perform landscape maintenance (pruning, weeding, etc.)
- Assist with landscape installations (mulch, plants, sod, grading, etc.)
- Conduct seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup)
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow daily job schedules and complete work to company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients when needed
Qualifications:
- Prior lawn care experience required.
- Prior landscape experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday with occassional Saturdays.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
