Key Responsibilities
Product Development / Cross Functional Leadership
- Own and managed new product launches for the ibot® PMD and future product initiatives
- Assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive solutions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation
- Develop market requirements and product specifications that align business objectives with user needs
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations
- Evaluate product opportunities and enhancements through financial analysis, market research, and customer insights
- Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Quality teams
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business insights
- Maintain a deep understanding of end users, clinicians, providers, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and communicate competitive analyses and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making
- Engage directly with customers, clinicians, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and validate product concepts
- Lead product launch planning and execution, including positioning, training, demand generation activities, and post-launch evaluation
- Develop presentations, sales tools, and supporting materials to communicate product value propositions
- Support customer education initiatives and internal product training programs
- Monitor product performance and develop recommendations for continuous improvement
- Represent Mobius Mobility at medical conferences, industry events, customer visits, and partner meetings
- Serve as a product expert for internal teams, customers, and healthcare professionals
- Support issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring themes and recommending corrective actions
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused culture across the organization
- Demonstrate adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to take on new challenges to support company objectives
- Bachelor's degree engineering required, biomedical preferred
- 3 years of product management, marketing, business development, or related experience
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in the medical device industry, rehabilitation technology, assistive technology, or mobility products
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or the disability community
- Knowledge of FDA, ISO, quality systems, reimbursement processes, and other medical device regulatory requirements
- Clinical, technical, or engineering background related to healthcare or medical technology
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer feedback management systems
- Interest or experience in marketing, digital communications, social media, or demand generation
