Position Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to build and scale Mobisoft’s ERP alliance strategy.
This role will own the end-to-end development of strategic partnerships with ERP vendors and ERP-focused system integrators, with a clear goal: make ERP partners actively sell Mobisoft to their existing and potential customers.
What You'll Do:
- Define and execute Mobisoft’s partnership strategy
- Establish strategic relationships with:
- ERP vendors (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Sage and many others)
- ERP-focused VARs
- Design and implement co-sell and referral models
- Create joint value propositions and industry-specific messaging
- Enable ERP partner sales teams with training, sales materials, deal support
- Build and manage a partner-sourced pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams
- Represent Mobisoft in ERP ecosystem events and partner forums
- Track and report partnership performance and ROI
What We're Looking For:
- 10 years of experience in:
- ERP ecosystem partnerships
- Channel sales or strategic alliances
- Proven track record of building revenue-generating partnerships
- Deep understanding of ERP sales cycles and partner programs
- Strong existing network within the ERP ecosystem
- Experience working with enterprise and mid-market customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, global company
Nice to Have:
- Background in CPG, Food & Beverage, Distribution, or Field Sales technologies
- Experience working with mobile or operational enterprise software
- Prior startup or scale-up experience
