Summary
The Team Member will be responsible for operating production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will be expected to follow production schedules, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The starting base rate of pay will be $21.33 per hour. Upon being hired, team members who demonstrate advanced skills may qualify for a higher level of pay in the future.
2nd shift has a $1.00/hr shift differential.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assemblies (BSAs) and Electric Powertrain (PE) Systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
The responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Operating various production equipment and tooling
- Assembling products and parts in manufacturing processes
- Performing validation testing
- Meeting deadlines of individual production targets during shift
- Creating progress reports, defect reports, and incident reports as necessary
- Maintaining lineside stock levels
- Keeping the worksite clean
- Reviewing and following manufacturing manuals/processes
- Following the company's safety and quality guidelines
Basic Qualifications

Preferred Experience
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Experience with SAP/MES
- Automated production line experience
- Good understanding of how production equipment works
- Ability to detect potential problems with machinery
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
