MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain (MNAe) – Savannah is seeking a qualified Security Team Lead to support the development, execution, and maintenance of the organization's security operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the vendor security team and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Essential Functions
To succeed in this role, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
- Oversee and ensure the effective daily operations of the vendor security team.
- Support training and development initiatives for vendor security personnel.
- Assist the Security Specialist in implementing comprehensive security software systems in accordance with organizational plans and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all security services comply with MNAe standards.
- Monitor and manage security systems, including servicing and maintenance, and oversee access control badge printing and distribution.
- Contribute to risk assessment processes and communicate findings to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support security-related needs and ensure organizational security objectives are met.
- Participate in recruitment, performance management, coaching, and development of team members.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide daily reports in agreed formats and support strategic planning for team activities.
- Serve as a role model in professionalism, work ethic, and security expertise.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security governance.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality security services.
- Proficiency in security-related software (e.g., CCTV, ACS).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Lead in corporate or industrial environments.
- Military or law enforcement background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or equivalent security certification.
- Prior experience in the security industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
