Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and bilingual Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset. Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Oversee financial activities such as profit & loss analysis, cash management, and sales reporting to optimize store profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships through personalized service and community engagement.
- Supervise team management tasks including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, banking procedures, and retail regulations.
- Handle loan processing and financial software systems to support banking transactions and financial services offered at the store.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with a strong background in sales management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling profit & loss statements, cash handling, and retail math calculations confidently.
- Familiarity with financial services such as banking procedures or loan processing is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of retail software systems, basic math skills including 10 key typing proficiency, and experience with cash management tools.
