Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Clerical Skills, including document management and organization
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Sage 50 or Quickbooks)
- Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish
