What You'll Do

• Process documentation and standardization - owns the TA process library; ensures every workflow is documented, current, and adopted
• HRIS partnership - serves as the primary TA liaison to the HRIS team; ensures Workday TA and HCM are integrated, data flows correctly, and system changes are assessed for TA impact before deployment
• Talent intelligence build-out - designs and maintains the TI infrastructure; translates market data from Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or equivalent into sourcing strategy and headcount recommendations
• Talent intelligence insights delivery - regular cadence of market data briefings to inform sourcing strategy, comp benchmarking, and geographic expansion decisions
• ATS administration and optimization - Workday TA configuration, data integrity, workflow design, and continuous improvement
• Technology stack strategy - owns the TA tech roadmap, evaluates new tools, manages vendor relationships, and ensures integration across platforms
• Reporting and analytics - builds and maintains TA dashboards, defines KPIs, delivers monthly reporting to Director and HRLT, drives understanding of ROI on programs and practices, and creates ad hoc analysis as needed
• Audit readiness - ensures TA processes and data are compliant with SOX, GDPR, country-specific regulations, and internal audit requirements at all times
• SLA framework - owns the design and measurement of TA SLAs; reports compliance weekly
• Vendor and contractor management - ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, job boards; contract oversight and utilization tracking
  
  

What You Bring

• Understands TA – has full lifecycle and working knowledge of TA, intersections, impacts, insights and can easily make those connections
• Workday TA expertise - has configured, optimized, or administered Workday ATS in a corporate environment; understands the system deeply, not just the interface. Has relationships across Workday Community and ecosystems
• Talent intelligence fluency - knows how to source, interpret, and apply market data; familiar with Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or equivalent platforms
• Data and analytics capability - builds dashboards, defines metrics, and tells the story behind the numbers
• Process architecture - designs workflows that scale; documents with precision and implements with discipline
• HRIS partnership instinct - understands HR tech integration, data architecture, and how TA systems connect to the broader HR ecosystem
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge - SOX, GDPR, country-specific requirements; treats audit prep as a daily standard, not a project
• Anticipates problems - flags operational risk before it becomes an incident
• Communicates complex data simply - translates system and data insights into language business leaders and recruiters can act on
• Vendor management - evaluates tools objectively, negotiates contracts, manages TA technology partner relationships
• Operates independently - high-trust IC role; does not require daily direction to stay on track and deliver

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000.. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
