Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in Fort Lee, NJ. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include managing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Strategic marketing skills, including campaign planning, branding, and market research
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, and ROI measurement
- Content development expertise including Copywriting, Content Marketing, and Content Strategy
- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills with a focus on collaboration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with market trends and emerging digital marketing technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.
