Duties

• Greet customers warmly in both languages, establishing a friendly and professional rapport.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interest.
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling.
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
• Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to enhance store presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette during calls.
• Support the store team with cashiering duties, retail math calculations, and cash drawer handling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities.
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette to engage customers professionally over the phone or in person.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of POS systems, retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and retail math concepts is highly desirable.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays confidently.
