What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Remodeler position at Mobilehomerentalsnc.com?

Remodel mobile homes at 5 mobile home parks we manage in Conover, Lincolnton and South of Denver, NC

Tenant repairs floors, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, roof leaks, decks, etc.

Have own power tools and truck, SUV or van.

Complete jobs efficiently and be a problem solver and reliable.

Follow company policies and schedules and work well with tenants and other staff.

Experienced in carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical and customer service and be professional at all times.

Primary schedule is Monday thru Friday, but there is flexibility for days and hours and time off as a 1099 subcontractor.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
