Lead Technician Opportunity

We're hiring one Lead Technician to help launch and grow our Aiken market.

Applicants with previous experience as a Lead Technician, Supervisor, Trainer, or Manager are encouraged to apply. Throughout the hiring process, we'll be evaluating leadership ability, communication skills, work ethic, and detailing experience to determine the best fit.

The Lead Technician will help:

• Train and mentor new technicians
• Maintain company quality standards
• Assist with onboarding and field training
• Perform occasional quality inspections
• Support day-to-day operations
• Help build and grow the Aiken team

Equipment Program

Already have professional detailing equipment? Great—you can use your own equipment if it meets our company standards.

If not, we've got you covered.

We offer a complete professional equipment package valued at $1,400, including the essential tools and chemicals needed to begin working immediately.

Instead of requiring a large upfront investment, we allow new technicians to pay off their equipment through five equal payments of $280.

We intentionally structure our program this way because we want our technicians to make money before we do. Rather than expecting thousands of dollars upfront, you can begin earning income immediately while gradually paying off your equipment.

Once the equipment has been paid in full, it becomes yours in accordance with the contractor agreement.

A valid driver's license is preferred.

Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
