Radiologic Technologist (Mobile X-Ray Tech)

Position Overview:

Performs portable X-ray imaging in compliance with CMS IDTF standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile X-ray exams
• Ensure radiation safety (ALARA)
• Upload images for interpretation
• Maintain logs and compliance records

Additional Medicare Requirements:

• Active CRT License required for billing compliance
• ARRT certification preferred for credentialing strength
• Must meet radiology supervision requirements under CMS

Required Submission:

· Updated Resume (with complete work history)

· Active State License (California)

· National Certification (ARRT, ARDMS, RDCS, etc. depending on role)

· Government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport)

· Social Security Number (for credentialing)

· BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)

· Proof of Education (Diploma or Transcript)

· NPI Number (if available)

· Professional References (minimum of 2)

Medicare / CMS Credentialing Requirements:

· Must be eligible for PECOS enrollment

· Clean background check (no exclusions in OIG/SAM databases)

· No active sanctions or license restrictions

· Ability to pass drug screening (if required)

· Compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy laws

· Must follow CMS IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility) guidelines

Additional Requirements for Mobile Work:

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Reliable transportation

· Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Compensation: $45–$65/hr or per study

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
