We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the vehicle and equipment finance and fleet management industry. In this role, you will provide support for financing applications, account inquiries, and fleet management services. The ideal candidate takes pride in completing tasks and is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives and Business Development Managers in day to day customer requests related to vehicle and equipment financing options, payment schedules, and account management
- Process and follow up on financing applications and documentation
- Communicate with internal departments (credit, sales, operations) to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM and other systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with financial documents and fleet-related services is a plus
