Full-Time Scheduler
Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is a private practice with a progressive service delivery model, where the therapists come to the client. Over the last 16 years, Mobile Therapy Centers has evolved from a single therapist offering a single service to employing over 100 health professionals, who provide a multitude of high-quality customized therapeutic services (ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Counseling) for children, teens, adults, and families. MTC has as strong presence in Tennessee and throughout the Midwest.
We are looking for someone with customer service and scheduling experience. We are willing to train the right candidate. The right candidate is a team player organized, works well independently, reliable and who has great attention to details
Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling appointments. Maintains and organizes database. Responsible for initiating an excellent client experience.
Essential Duties:
- Schedules and maintains client sessions through computerized scheduling program.
- Call clients and reschedule missed appointments.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPPA guidelines.
- Schedules therapist by matching skill set with client needs.
- Change/reschedule sessions for clients and communicate changes to therapists.
- Maintains a strong relationship with staff, clients, and client's families.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare.
- Advanced communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency skills: Google docs, Microsoft.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
- Display a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Must be available to work 9 am to 5:30 pm CST.
- High school diploma/GED required.
