This position involves engaging with potential students over the phone and in person, providing information about programs, tuition costs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic futures.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills with experience in customer service, sales, management, marketing, education administration or recruiting.
Responsibilities
- You will be interviewing and assisting students in person and over the phone.
- You will be conducting tours of the school in person or virtually.
- Assist students with the enrollment process by helping them complete admission forms and verifying all documents.
- You will be making / receiving calls to potential students and answering questions about the curriculum, schedule, tuition, student services.
- Provide advice and support to students who have schedule conflicts or need assistance with payment methods.
- Explaining financial aid and school payment plan options
- Scheduling appointments throughout the week and maintaining your calendar
- Motivating your students as needed and checking on them weekly to make sure they are making progress
- Extensive follow up with students.
- Take part in local high school career fairs.
- Assisting with social media postings to promote student engagement and recruiting
Qualifications
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
- Must have experience interviewing others and making people feel comfortable around you.
- Must be goal oriented and have the ability to problem solve.
- Must have the ability to focus and multi-task.
- Must have the willingness to help others and make a difference.
- You must be comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, and personalized texts to students.
- You must have an outgoing personality and enjoy being around others.
- Must have a determined mindset, ability to overcome obstacles, and open to receiving feedback.
- Some college - Psychology, Sociology, Business, Marketing, Communication majors are encouraged to apply.
- Schedule Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 6pm, and you will alternate work days on Friday or Saturday from 9am to 4pm
- You must be Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- We are looking to hire right away.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,261.22 - $55,712.44 per year
