My Swim Instructor is looking to hire professional and experienced swim instructors to teach private, semi-private, and small group swim lessons in our clients’ private homes and community pools, all within your location and surrounding cities. We provide the clients — you set the schedule.

Responsibilities
- Conduct private, semi-private (2–3 students), and small group (4 ) swim lessons
- Schedule and coordinate swim lessons with clients
- Travel to clients’ homes and community pools to conduct lessons
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
- Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adjust lessons to meet student and client needs
- Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning environment for swimmers
- Communicate with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding student progress
What to Expect When Working with My Swim Instructor
- You choose your own work schedule
- Travel to clients’ homes or community pools in your service area
- Set your preferred travel distance for lessons
- Receive multiple client opportunities each month
- Coordinate schedules directly with clients while staying connected with the My Swim Instructor support team
Payment
Payments are sent via Zelle within 1–5 days after we receive your invoice. Additional details regarding payment procedures will be explained during the application process.
Required Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing swim instruction to students of any age
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience working as a swim instructor
- CPR and First Aid certification, along with American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or Basic Swim Instructor certification
- Strong swimming ability and thorough knowledge of proper swim techniques and water safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Contractors must carry their own liability insurance
- Instructors must provide their own swim instruction equipment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
