Southern Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our mission is to help children reach their full potential through compassionate, clinically rigorous care. The BCBA is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring behavior intervention plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in clinic, school, and home-based settings. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in ABA and a passion for improving client lives through evidence-based practice and collaborative family support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provide services including functional behavior assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills training.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Monitor behavioral, social, environmental, and personal needs of clients on an ongoing basis.
- Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality.
- Oversee client engagement in daily activities to ensure individuals are actively working toward personal goals and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance.
- Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management.
- Participate in additional duties as assigned.
