Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role for a Mobile Field Technician based in Los Angeles, CA. The Mobile Field Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day duties include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and solving mechanical problems, and supporting clients with proper vehicle care practices. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to operate independently while maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Strong Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting and resolve mechanical issues effectively
- Excellent Customer Service and client interaction abilities
- Experience in Training others on proper vehicle maintenance when needed
- High level of organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in automotive maintenance is a plus
