Location:
This position is based in Vero Beach, Ft Pierce and Port St Lucie, FL.
Your Role as a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner:
As a Nurse Practitioner with Mobile Medical, you will provide in-home medical care and evaluations to patients, ensuring they receive the attention and treatment they need to improve their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.
- Examine patients and review medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and X-rays.
- Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for chronic and acute conditions.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention, and overall health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree level Adult, Geriatric Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
- Current National Board Certification and state licensure to practice in Florida.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in clinical settings such as a medical clinic, hospital, or ER.
- Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices..
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and evidence-based care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
