Your Role as a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner
This is a provider-based position delivering in-home primary care services. You will independently manage your patient visits while enjoying flexibility in how your day is structured—without the constraints of office-based scheduling or fixed clinic hours. You’ll care for patients where they are most comfortable, allowing for deeper connection, better assessments, and more impactful care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive in-home medical evaluations and ongoing primary care
  • Assess patients, review medical histories, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
  • Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification
  • Active Florida APRN license
  • Professional liability insurance

Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, acute care, or similar clinical settings
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing independently
  • Knowledge of evidence-based care and healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
