Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35 years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Independence, MO. This position offers a $2,500 sign-on/relocation bonus!

This position is located on an active construction site, making it an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on, fast-paced field environment and is comfortable working directly alongside a construction workforce.

What You’ll Do
- Develop treatment plans and support case management for work‑related and non‑work‑related injuries
- Create and deliver ergonomic education and proper body‑mechanics training
- Evaluate injury risks weekly and report findings to MMC management
- Consult with employees regarding injury concerns
- Partner with Safety and MMC leadership to develop wellness initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend proactive injury‑prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (active state license required)
- Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience in occupational health or similar setting
- OSHA‑30 within 90 days (company provided)
- Industrial/emergency experience preferred
