As an Outreach Specialist, you'll work directly in rural communities, helping eligible individuals connect with free wireless service through the Lifeline Program. Every day brings a new location, new customers, and new opportunities to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations throughout your assigned territory.
- Engage prospective customers and explain available Lifeline services.
- Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
- Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup.
- Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company-provided equipment.
- Build relationships within the communities you serve.
- Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Bring
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable personal transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Previous sales, retail, customer service, or community outreach experience is helpful but not required.
