Duties
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac OS, and Android devices.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Analyze problems and develop effective solutions for computer-related issues.
- Perform equipment repairs in the field as well as within a retail environment.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs performed, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and repair techniques.
- Previous experience in field service or retail sales related to technology is preferred.
- Ability to analyze technical problems effectively and provide timely solutions.
- Familiarity with Android devices and their troubleshooting processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
