EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Shift: 6:30 am-5:00 pm- Monday-Friday, on call required. Available OT. On call requirements- up to 2 week nights and 2 weekend days of call, 45 min call back time. Float to other facilities within the organization when needed.

- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provides explanations and instructions to the patient/responsible person.
- Demonstrate the ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
- Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
- Participate in continuing education.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
- Endoscopy, proficient with the following procedures: colon, EGD, ERCP, peg tube, bronch, esophageal stent, and pain procedures.
- Must be able to perform moderate sedation, EPIC charting, able to admit and discharge in the perioperative area.
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
