This role is ideal for groomers who want to focus on what they do best — grooming — while being supported by a strong operational team behind the scenes. Our groomers operate independently in fully equipped vans while staying connected to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-service grooming on a variety of dog breeds and coat types
- Ensure each grooming session is safe, gentle, and stress-free
- Drive and manage a mobile grooming van throughout scheduled appointments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked grooming workspace
- Represent Grooming Spaw positively in every client interaction
Work Setup & Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Location: Mobile (Bend, Oregon – in person)
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, weekdays with rotating weekend availability
Compensation Structure
We offer a performance-driven pay model designed to reward experience and productivity:

What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates will:
- Have 2 years of professional dog grooming experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Be comfortable operating a larger vehicle
- Be self-motivated while still valuing teamwork
- Be comfortable using mobile apps and technology for daily tasks
- Be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Be able to perform grooming tasks involving bending, crouching, and tool handling
