Duties
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and Rhinoceros 3D.
- Create accurate schematics and technical documentation for construction, mechanical systems, or interior design projects.
- Utilize SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to produce realistic visualizations and animations that communicate design intent effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine designs and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare system layouts and interior design plans that integrate seamlessly with structural elements.
- Conduct revisions based on feedback and update drawings to reflect project changes promptly.
- Support the drafting process for complex system designs including mechanical systems, graphic layouts, and construction details.
Skills
- Extreme proficiency in SolidWorks. ( Min. 3 years)
- Strong understanding of drafting standards and schematic development for construction projects.
- Experience with system design principles across architecture, mechanical engineering, or interior design disciplines.
- Ability to produce detailed technical drawings for construction documentation and graphic presentations.
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques for visual storytelling of design concepts.
- Familiarity with interior design processes and mechanical design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
