What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Receptionist (Friday-Saturday) position at Mobile Country Club?
We are a manufactured home community for individuals age 55 and older. We are looking for a friendly and professional front desk receptionist for our clubhouse.
Job Duties
Welcome and greet guests, creating a positive atmosphere for our residents and visitors
Answer phones, accurately communicate information and relay messages
Light clerical work including filing, handling mail, photocopying, record keeping, banking and bookkeeping
Manage the reception area, maintain a clean, organized and professional appearance

Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently while attending to in-person visitor needs

Schedule
The ideal candidate will be available to work Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm
