While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Working with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of contracts, agreements, and expectations for major projects from pre-sale to post-sale
- Assisting with proposal and quote development to include initiating, analyzing, and comparing written quotes from vendors
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in the ERP system and project databases
- Maintaining vendor relationships to optimize the execution of their services
- Assisting project managers to meet milestones and project-specific requirements, including invoicing customers accordingly
- Monitoring cost and revenue throughout the project's life and addressing discrepancies with the Project Manager
- Monitoring AR for assigned customers and following up on late/past due payments
- Maintaining strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections
- Considered the highest-priority responsibility
- This team has significant AR challenges that require dedicated attention
- The role should support MCA's collections process and serve as the primary AR resource for the business
- EM2M Contract Compliance
- Manage monthly contract execution activities
- Maintain customer credit card records
- Ensure payments are processed and applied correctly
- Customer Support / Customer Experience
- Improve post-order communications
- Proactively provide shipment updates and estimated lead times
- Support customer portal interactions
- Rebate Reporting
- Manage Semtech rebate reporting and validation processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong initiative and ability to anticipate issues proactively
- Ability to succeed in an often fast-paced environment, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Proven track record of reliability and responsibility
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding, results-driven environment
- Possess a high level of integrity
