JOB DESCRIPTION:
Specific Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships (business information and activities)
Maintain/expand a contact register and network at different levels within the customers’ organization
Be the customer’s overall contact person
Be the customer’s voice in BCC and BCC’s voice for the customer
Quote and develop value proposition in accordance with customer’s instructions and MCC standards and practices
Continuous follow up and analysis of customer’s account with regard to quality, delivery and profitability (margin protection), and to act if something is not going in the right direction
Drive commercial dialogue regarding aspects of price levels and volumes, general agreements and raw material and currency agreements
Ensure the accuracy of each customer’s master price list
Ensure the full potential of the account is being explored regionally (and in cooperation with GAM globally)
Manage delisting of the customer when a decision to terminate the relationship has been made by company management
Find new customers and new business
Collect business intelligence regarding market environment, competition and segment development
Enforce company policies and practices
Additional tasks and responsibilities as required
3. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Understand/Ensure relevant department legal and regulatory requirements are in compliance.
Understand list of environmental aspects and impacts.
Participate in development of objectives and targets
Review resources requirements with Sr. Management and Human Resources
Involved with EMS system non-conformances , corrective actions, preventative actions and continuous improvement
Review and comply with EMS, operating procedures, policies, laws and regulations impacting the Environment.
