Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Web Manager will own Mobile Beacon’s digital presence, from day-to-day site management to long-term strategy for search visibility and user experience. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is equally comfortable in a CMS, a CRM, and a conversion about content strategy.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain the WordPress-based mobilebeacon.org using Elementor, including page
builds, updates, and ongoing UX improvements.
● Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize the HubSpot environment and
digital journey.
● Lead SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and emerging
AI engine optimization (AEO/GEO) best practices.
● Support the rollout and ongoing operation of ecommerce functionality, including product
product pages, checkout flows, and conversion performance.
● Collaborate with marketing and communications along with outside resources on campaign
landing pages, partner microsites, and digital assets.
● Monitor site performance via Google Analytics and Search Console; translate data into
actionable recommendations.
● Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
● 5 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or a related role.
● Strong, demonstrable HubSpot skills (certification a plus)
● Proficiency with Elementor and the WordPress ecosystem
● Hands-on ecommerce experience, including familiarity with platforms, product catalog
management, and conversion optimization.
● Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with how AI-driven search surfaces
content.
● Eye for design and ability to produce clean, on-brand digital experiences.
● Comfortable working independently in a lean nonprofit environment.
● Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
● Experience designing and managing high-performing websites and digital content that
maximizes engagement, lead capture and qualification, and ROI.
