Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) programs for medical devices, including robotics, electromechanical systems, embedded software, and connected/cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
- Drive product development from concept through launch.
- Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with FDA design controls, QMS, and DHF requirements.
- Provide executive-level project reporting and maintain RAID logs.
Required Skills
- 10 years of project/program management experience.
- 5 years leading medical device or MedTech projects.
- Experience with robotics, electromechanical systems, IoT, or connected products.
- Strong knowledge of FDA design controls (21 CFR 820.30).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
