We are an LTL carrier offering air freight pickup, delivery, and line haul, LTL interstate and intrastate general commodity surface transportation, overnight direct airport-to-airport and door-to-door service, residential white glove delivery, warehousing, and distribution service, LCL ocean transportation, U.S. Customs bonded service and expedited delivery service, asset recovery, medical equipment delivery, packaging and crating, last-mile delivery and retail service.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Complete data entry for the linehauls in a timely and efficient manner according to established department policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers/forwarders and within the department or directly to the supervisor regarding issues, damages, shortages, or delays that arise with delivery or pickup of freight.
- Answer calls from customers assisting as needed.
- Ensure that customer’s SOPs are followed as required.
- Assist in sending and forwarding emails.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you need to succeed at Mobile Air Transport:
- 1 year of related experience with an air freight or in a general freight transportation environment
- Knowledge of DOT, FMCSR, TSA, OSHA and HAZMAT regulations
- Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Solid geographic knowledge of service areas
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and motivate your team
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and administrative skills
It’d be great if you also have:
- Associate’s degree in Transportation or Logistics
- LTL industry experience
This job requires the ability to:
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 25 lbs. on occasion
- Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
- Walk and stand for extended periods of time in an office and a loading dock
