Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed attractively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and inform customers about new items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the gas station, including restrooms and customer areas.
- Supervise other staff members when necessary to ensure efficient operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls related to store inquiries or services.
- Assist in selling fuel and convenience store items while providing exceptional service.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a retail or gas station environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
