Retail Sales Associate / Cashier
$15–$18/hr | Full-Time or Part-Time
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Retail Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working with customers, and can stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Operate the cash register and accurately process cash and card payments
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- Stock shelves and keep merchandise organized
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and sales floor
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Help monitor stock levels and restock products as needed
- Follow store policies and procedures
- Assist with general store duties as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move merchandise when needed
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus, but not required
- We are willing to train the right candidate
Pay & Schedule
- $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekend and morning availability is preferred
