We are seeking a skilled Compounding Pharmacy Technician to support all aspects of our pharmacy operations. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards in compounding.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMÂ
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)Â
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Â Perform non-sterile compounding (and sterile, if applicable) under pharmacist supervisionÂ
- Â Accurately prepare and document customized formulationsÂ
- Â Assist with formula preparation and compounding workflowÂ
- Â Maintain compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standardsÂ
- Â Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipmentÂ
- Â Support inventory management and organization of chemicals and suppliesÂ
- Â Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations as neededÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environmentÂ
What We’re Looking For:
- Â Active Pharmacy Technician licenseÂ
- Â Compounding experience preferredÂ
- Â Strong attention to detail and accuracyÂ
- Â Ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict compliance standardsÂ
- Â Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to take initiativeÂ
