Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and care routines
- Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a relaxing and engaging atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products like lash care kits
- Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on proper aftercare for long-lasting results
- Manage social media accounts by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and engaging content to attract new clients
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and special events to boost salon visibility
Skills
- At least 1 year experience with applying eyelash extensions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols
