Key Account Manager – Dealer Relations
MOBA Corporation is growing and seeking a Key Account Manager to support and expand our dealer network across the paving and related industries.
We are looking for a true “Farmer” — someone who grows dealer relationships through consistent engagement, structured follow-through, and long-term partnership development.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the paving, compaction, machine control, construction or heavy equipment industries who enjoys working directly with dealers and customers in the field.
This position has high accountability, with an emphasis on pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and a consistent, intentional focus on defined KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute structured account growth plans with dealer partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary customer contact
- Drive dealer engagement and long-term account growth
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success
- Participate in Dealer training and serve as a subject matter expert at industry events
- Travel domestically approximately 30–50% for dealer visits, trade shows, and customer support
- Occasional international travel may be required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management or relationship-focused sales, exhibiting a history of consistent growth and adaptability to changes in the industry
- Background in paving, compaction, construction equipment, machine control, or heavy equipment industries preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a measurable record of execution, thorough account planning, and structured communication
- Strong CRM discipline required and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional
