Summary
- Manage Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing operations to ensure efficient delivery of equipment and service parts to customers. Establish and uphold standards of success while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Spare Parts Team and Moba’s Global Team to create long-term strategies that enhance Operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Drive efficiency and productivity by analyzing processes and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
- Establish goals to enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Evaluate current operational processes and performance, providing recommendations for improvements as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the Supply Chain/Procurement and Manufacturing operations at Moba America.
- Oversee and Manage the Facilities Maintenance.
- Contribute to definition and execution of Moba America’s ambition and strategy.
- Develop, implement, and track daily operational systems and processes to provide clarity on goals, progress, and challenges of key initiatives.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to ensure efficient and timely task completion.
- Ensure execution of Manufacturing and Supply chain objectives and strategy; by exemplary teamwork with Moba colleagues and customers, companywide.
- Create a culture that inspires employees and promotes innovative ideas, change and offers employees the opportunity to gain experience.
- Professionalize and grow teams to enable strategy.
- Managing, coaching, and motivating team members on results, competencies, and company culture.
Ensure delivery reliability KPIs for all Machine builds and updates are on-time.- Contribute to KPI’s for Spare Parts (On Time in Full and Average order lead time) are met.
- Develop Supply Chain Strategies in alignment with Moba Worldwide.
- Create strategies to foster the growth of enterprise-wide programs and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Completes other projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping/Forwarding.
- Solid knowledge of Service & After Sales business in B2B and Capital Equipment Industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement procedures and policies.
- Strong history in people leadership, commercial negotiation, and effective communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- In-depth understanding of materials and supplies relevant to the company operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced ERP Systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar job and environment (managerial or team leading role) in Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing Operations.
