Job Overview
Moab Springs Ranch is seeking a hardworking, dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our cleanliness and sanitation standards in our nightly rental units, ensuring that all areas are presentable to incoming guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for doing a good job, attention to detail, pride in their work, and a commitment to excellence.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, ensuring all standards are met.
- Using own vehicle to transport linens and supplies, you will be reimbursed for daily use of your vehicle. Non-smoking vehicles only.
- You are given a cleaning kit and are responsible for keeping it stocked and ready to use at the beginning of your shift.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong housekeeping skills with a keen eye for detail in cleaning and sanitizing.
- Must have personal smart phone, we use a free app called SLACK to communicate
- Must have own vehicle that is non-smoking (will receive a daily reimbursement)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Shifts are mornings 9:30a - 4p or till done, days to be determined, but will include Saturdays.
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
Retention bonus of $1 for every hour worked for staff that stays through the end of the year.
