Rafting Shuttle Driver (No CDL Required) Moab Rivertrippers Part Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and passionate candidates who share a strong respect for the outdoors and can deliver a unique and memorable guest experience while maintaining high standards of service.

This position is critical to daily rafting operations. You will transport guests and guides, tow rafting equipment, manage shuttle timing, and assist with basic trip logistics. This role also includes taking photos of guests during trips.

This position involves 5-9 hour workdays. Weekend and holiday shifts are required and are shared among the team. The company operates 6 days a week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safe operation of company vehicles
• Transport guests and guides to and from the river
• Driving and backing a trailer with rafting equipment
• Pre and post trip vehicle and gear preparation
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles
• Follow all traffic laws and company procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading guests and equipment
• Take photos of guests during trips
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report concerns

Requirements:

• Must be 25
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience driving larger vehicles preferred
• Comfortable towing and backing a trailer
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and variable conditions
• Strong awareness and ability to stay on schedule

Skills:

• Strong understanding of safe driving practices and traffic laws
• Excellent time management and ability to stay on schedule
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with guests and coworkers
