The Director of Operations is responsible for developing, documenting, and strengthening organizational systems and processes for a transitional housing program serving young adults who have transitioned from foster care. Primary responsibilities include evaluating current workflows, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating operations manuals, documenting roles and responsibilities, identifying operational gaps and inconsistencies, and working with leadership and staff to translate existing practices into clear, practical, and repeatable systems.
The Director will be responsible for completing defined project deliverables according to an established performance schedule throughout the term of the position. This includes managing assigned priorities, meeting established milestones and deadlines, and producing completed operational documents and systems within the required timeframes. The Director will also support the implementation and refinement of these systems to ensure they are practical, sustainable, and able to be consistently followed by current and future team members.
This is a one-year term position, averaging 25 hours per week. The Director is expected to manage their time in accordance with the established performance schedule and maintain an accurate weekly record of hours worked and activities performed.
Pay: $25,000.00 per year
