Mo-Mo-Paradise, Asia's # 1 restaurant brand of authentic Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki, is seeking to hire new team members to join us in our Arcadia location!
Mo-Mo-Paradise has over 80 locations worldwide and is quickly expanding in North America!
Qualifications:
- Have exceptional team work, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have a good understanding of the English language.
- 1 Year experience preparing food in a high paced kitchen environment (preferred).
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended period of time.
- Essential Functions:
- Follows recipes, product directions, and or SOP for proper food preparation.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Prepares appropriate equipment for cooking.
- Operates kitchen utensils and/or equipment used for weighing, measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, stirring, straining, slicing, and assembling of food products.
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products.
- Receives and inventories food and beverage product and supplies.
- Cleans and sanitizes work station and equipment.
