Mo'Bowls started as a food truck in Bozeman, MT and we have since grown into a brick & mortar restaurant. We specialize in handcrafted fusion mac and cheese. With extended hours until 1 AM on Thursday through Saturday, Mo'Bowls is Bozeman's go-to spot for late-night cravings or post-event munchies.
We aim to provide a fun, fast-paced, and easy-going atmosphere. We will work with other school/work schedules.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Line/Prep Cooks to join our team. We are willing to train, but kitchen experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Opportunities to attend community events and private caters on the food truck, too.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Food handling and preparation knowledge
- Previous work in the food industry
